PERFORMANCE (REVIEW/APPRAISAL/MANAGEMENT)

How do we help everyone to understand what is expected and how individual jobs fit with organizational goals? How do we help identify individual skills, experience and training needs? It is imperative that we have a tool for constructive, ongoing communication and feedback between team members and their supervisors to create opportunities for people to do their job in the best possible way.

Who would benefit?
Any people in leadership wanting to coach and encourage staff with a plan that facilitates open communication and one that can be monitored for effectiveness

- Understand how to cascade corporate objectives down to all staff
- Use a performance plan that enables organizational, team and individual goals to be agreed and monitored
